Refund/Reshipment policy :
Full/Part refund is offered in the following cases
• Non delivery of items. Claim of non delivery should be submitted within 10 days of shipment via email otherwise the shipment will be considered as delivered.
• Damaged products delivered. If the products are delivered in a state which cannot be used then either a refund is given or re-shipment made. Photographs of the damaged products have to be sent on the same day of delivery to claim for damage delivery refund or reshipment.
Cancellation Policy :
Once the order is confirmed from our end the product cannot be cancelled.
